Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.

Fares & Availability

• Airline fares are dynamic and controlled by third-party suppliers.
• Availability is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.

Cancellations & Changes

• All requests must be made through our support team.
• Requests are subject to airline rules and additional charges.

Service Fees

We may charge service fees in addition to airline charges. All service fees are non-refundable.

User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate travel details. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Limitation of Liability

We act solely as an intermediary travel service provider. We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any other disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in account restrictions or suspension.
